We are the friendly voices you hear when you call our school. We are able to answer most of your questions and always willing to take message for our staff members. It is important for you to check in at the front office when you come to visit California Avenue School. We require visitors to sign in a wear a “Visitor” badge. It helps our school staff to know you aren’t a stranger walking off the street and that you are authorized to be here.
We really enjoy working at California Avenue because of the beautiful children we get to see everyday coming to school. We love to see the smiles and the excitement of the children as they get off the bus and see their teachers and aides ready to welcome them to school. It brightens our day when the children say good morning to us.
Lil is fluent in the Spanish language and welcome the opportunity to assist the Spanish-speaking parents of the children enrolled at our school.
Nosotros somos las voces amigables que ustedes escuchan cuando llaman a nuestra escuela. Nosotros podemos contestar la mayoria de sus preguntas y siempre estamos dispuestas a tomar los mensajes para nuestro personal escolar.
Es muy importante que se registren con nosotros en la oficina cuando usted nos visite en la escuela California Avenue. Nosotros requerimos que nuestros visitantes usen siempre la identificacion de "Visitante". Eso ayuda a que nuestro personal de la escuela pueda darse cuenta de que usted es una persona autorizada para estar aquí.
Nosotros disfrutamos trabajar en la Escuela California Avenue porque es hermoso ver a los niños cada dia cuando vienen a la escuela. Nosotros estamos encantados de ver esas sonrisas y la emocion de los niños cuando se bajan del autobus para ir a ver a sus maestras y ayudantes que siempre estan listas para darles la bienvenida a la escuela. Cada vez que los niños nos dicen buenos dias es como si nos alumbraran el dia.
El español de Lil es muy fluido y eso hace que podamos tener la oportunidad de ayudar a los padres de habla-hispana de los niños que estan inscritos en nuestra escuela.
