Introduction
Schools across the nation are realizing the power of the Internet as both a resource
and a classroom tool. Districts and states are taking advantage of the drop in computer
prices to provide funding for more computers with web-access in the classroom. With that
in mind, this page has been designed to help parents and K-12 teachers (from web-novices
to webmasters) navigate the Internet to find things they can use to enrich their parenting
and teaching skills.
This page is not the end-all of parent and teacher resources on the World Wide Web. The
vast amount of information available on the Internet has limited this site to being a
jump-site, a place from which you can start your search using key words or one of the
sample sites provided.
